Background
Interroll, a manufacturer of conveyer rollers and other material handling solutions in Wilmington, North Carolina, was in need of a solution for a new process in their facility.
The Problem
The purpose of the new work cell is to cast a specific Polyurethane profile on top of a steel or stainless steel shell. They needed to be able to lower the tube assembly into the mold and remove it once the casting process is complete.
The Solution
They decided on a Gorbel® one ton monorail crane and Gorbel® Electric Chain Hoist. Interroll has been using Gorbel® cranes and hoists for years and chose a Gorbel® crane based on past experience and performance, and they always exceed their expectations.
