In this automotive industry application, Cynergy Ergonomics designed a system to assist operators in the handling of superchargers during manufacturing/assembly through the packaging phase with a single lift assist device.
The Problem
Keeping employees safe while they are providing service and maintenance to machinery
The Solution
Gorbel Monorail Tether Track Fall Protection Systems. Workers provide maintenance for CNC, injection molding, sheet metal machinery and are required to work on top of these machines. The customer was concerned for their safety because the machines can get oily and are slippery. A total of 46 systems were installed in the factory.
